This event is open to Adult Volunteers only.
Come and join other volunteers from across the Region for a weekend at Pax Lodge.
The cost includes accommodation and breakfast for the weekend and a special event badge. You will need to book and pay for your travel to and from Pax Lodge.
Please note - Pax Lodge does not offer single rooms. Rooms have single beds or bunked beds in them. All volunteers will be sharing rooms of 2-7 people. Please let us know when booking if there are particular volunteers you wish to share with, we will then do our best to accommodate your request however we cannot guarantee it.
A packed lunch can also be ordered for £6.50. This includes sandwiches which you can make yourself from a range of fillings such as meats, cheeses and spreads. A juice carton, and snacks including fruit, crisps, and a packet of biscuits.
The programme for the weekend is designed to be very flexible and self-led. Please book as an individual, however, why not talk to other volunteers from your County/Island and take part in one or more of the following activities.
Flag Ceremony - Every morning at 9am the Pax Lodge and World flags are raised. This is free for everyone to join in.
Pinning Ceremony - Each of the World Centres has their own unique pin which can only be purchased by being at the centre in person. Receive yours during a special ceremony (usually held in conjunction with flag ceremony) £3 per person
