Girl Experience Conference

This conference is open to advisers & coordinators responsible for a Girl Experience specialism within their County or Island.

Only one adviser or coordinator per County or Island will be permitted for each specialism at this conference.

The theme for the conference is: celebrating and protecting our planet. Working together to become a sustainable organisation

Each of the specialisms will have their own agenda that will be sent out closer to the date.

Travel expenses will be paid for by the region so we would encourage you to lift share. Accommodation only be provided in line with our travel and subsistence policy and we would ask you to share a room with a another volunteer from your county/island where possible.

  • How to set up a pre- loved uniform online shop
  • Getting outdoors and into nature
  • Get fashion upcycling with Tash Bell, author of teen novel The Swish

 

Accessibility Information

  • This event will be nut free so please ensure that you do not bring any nuts with you.
  • This event will be fragrance free, so we politely ask that you do not wear any perfume.
  • Refreshments and lunch will be provided, however if you would prefer to bring your own, please indicate this when booking. All dietary requirements will be catered for.
  • Straws and accessible two handle mugs will be available if required.
  • Carers are very welcome to attend and will be provided for. Please let us know when booking that you will be bringing a carer and adjustments and support you require from us.
  • When you book you will have the option of entering your pronoun. If you prefer you can leave this field blank.
